為確保平台運作之安全性與合規性，申請加入博士寶金融科技學院平台之會員或合夥人，需完成身份驗證程序並同意以下條款。 To ensure the security and compliance of the platform, applicants who wish to join the BOSBM FinTech Academy Platform as members or partners must complete identity verification and agree to the following terms.
第一條 身分資料提供Article 1 Identity Information Provision
申請人同意依平台要求提供必要之身份證明文件與資料，包括但不限於： The applicant agrees to provide necessary identification documents and information as required by the platform, including but not limited to:
- 政府核發之有效身份證件（如身分證或護照）Government-issued valid identification (such as ID card or passport)
- 聯絡資訊（手機號碼、電子郵件地址等）Contact information (mobile phone number, email address, etc.)
- 手持身份證件之照片或影像Photo or image of the applicant holding the identification document
- 平台合理要求之其他身份驗證資料Any other verification information reasonably required by the platform
申請人保證所提供之資料均為真實、完整與有效。 The applicant warrants that all provided information is true, complete, and valid.
第二條 身分驗證授權Article 2 Authorization for Identity Verification
申請人同意並授權 博士寶金融科技股份有限公司 為確認申請人身份及維護平台安全，進行必要之身份驗證程序。 The applicant authorizes Boshibao FinTech Co., Ltd. to conduct necessary identity verification procedures for the purpose of confirming identity and maintaining platform security.
身份驗證可能包括但不限於： Verification procedures may include but are not limited to:
- 文件真實性審查Verification of document authenticity
- 系統化身份比對System-based identity matching
- 人工審核Manual verification review
- 防止冒名或詐欺行為之安全檢查Security checks to prevent impersonation or fraud
第三條 個人資料使用目的Article 3 Purpose of Personal Data Usage
申請人同意平台蒐集之個人資料得於以下目的範圍內使用： The applicant agrees that the collected personal data may be used for the following purposes:
- 會員或合夥人資格審查Membership or partnership qualification review
- 平台帳戶建立與管理Platform account creation and management
- 平台服務通知與聯繫Platform service notifications and communications
- 防止詐騙與不當使用Prevention of fraud and misuse
- 平台內部風險管理Internal risk management
- 配合法律或主管機關要求Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
第四條 個人資料保護Article 4 Personal Data Protection
平台將依據個人資料保護法採取合理的技術與管理措施，以確保個人資料之安全與保護。 The platform will adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
除法律另有規定外，平台不會將個人資料提供給未經授權之第三方。 Unless required by law, the platform will not disclose personal data to unauthorized third parties.
第五條 資料保存期間Article 5 Data Retention Period
個人資料之保存期間如下： The retention period of personal data is as follows:
- 合作關係存續期間During the period of cooperation
- 合作終止後之合理保存期限（通常不超過五年）A reasonable retention period after termination (generally not exceeding five years)
第六條 不實資料責任Article 6 Liability for False Information
若申請人提供之資料經查證為不實或偽造，平台有權： If the information provided by the applicant is found to be false or fraudulent, the platform reserves the right to:
- 拒絕或終止申請Reject or terminate the application
- 暫停或關閉帳戶Suspend or terminate the account
- 終止合作關係Terminate the cooperation relationship
- 依法追究相關法律責任Pursue legal liabilities where applicable
第七條 同意與確認Article 7 Agreement and Confirmation
申請人已閱讀並充分理解本「身分驗證與資料授權同意書」之全部內容，並同意依本同意書提供相關資料並接受身份驗證程序。 The applicant confirms that he/she has read and fully understood the contents of this Identity Verification and Data Authorization Agreement and agrees to provide the required information and undergo identity verification procedures.
